A fascinating late
nineteenth-century residence
This fascinating residence was built at the end of the 19th century by the Azimonti family, passing from generation to generation until the last owner of the dynasty, the noblewoman Rosa Azimonti, who looked after it until 2000 when it was then purchased by the Saini family, the current owner.
Villa Jejia boasts an exclusive but at the same time strategic position on Lake Maggiore. From Villa Jejia, in just 40 minutes, you can reach Milan and Switzerland and, in about an hour, Turin. The nearby Arona station allows you to comfortably arrive by train in the Rho Fiera Milano exhibition center in about half an hour, thus making Villa Jejia the ideal place to stay even during working periods, during trade fairs and business occasions. For those who love skiing, the slopes of Mottarone, Macugnana, San Domenico or Alagna sul Monte Rosa are easily reachable by car.
Originally from the Lake Maggiore area, the Sainis spent a few decades away from their homeland and then decided to return when their daughter Francesca - known as Jejia - was born to enjoy the tranquility of this enchanting village.
